This triplex apartment, at the top of a narrow 18th century building, is arranged around a series of articulated wooden “boxes”. Each divides the space according to a different function and depending on the level on which it is found: one is a walk-in closet and bathroom (with hidden sliding doors which create separate rooms), another a transformable kitchen area (with mobile central island) and a third a bookshelf / guardrail. The boxes of dark wood have bright colours on their insides, like the lining of a good suit.

L’espace de ce triplex, dans un bâtiment étroit du 18e siècle, est réorganisé grâce à l’insertion d'une série de boites articulées en bois. Chacune joue un rôle différent suivant l'étage ou elle se trouve : l'une sert de penderie/salle de bain (avec des portes coulissantes qui créent les pièces), l'autre de cuisine amovible (avec son meuble central sur roulettes) et la troisième d'étagère/garde-corps. Ces éléments de couleur sombre sont rehaussés par l'utilisation d'aplats de couleurs vives sur leurs murs intérieurs, comme le revers d’un bon costume.
