The regional parliament building is for the Sami people in the north of Sweden. The building is built entirely of wood, with a structure evoking both traditional Sami architecture and the northern forests. The undulating façades create a great variety spaces, with flowing public areas adapted to an open, democratic culture.

Le parlement régional est pour le people Sami du nord de la Suede. La structure, entierement en bois, évoque l’architecture traditionnelle des Sami et les fôrets nordiques. Les façades ondulantes permettent une grande liberté en plan et génerent des espaces publics fluides adaptés a une culture ouverte et démocratique.
