An existing warehouse, entirely rebuilt and clad in zinc, is linked to a small two-story house by a new glazed passageway. The large interior spaces are awash with sunlight, framed by the existing wooden structure and animated by lacquered panels in bright colours. The removal of several small structures opens up a garden, with random planted excavations carved out of the concrete courtyard.

Un entrepôt, entièrement reconstruit et habillé en zinc, est relié à un pavillon par un nouveau passage en verre. Les grandes pièces créées sont baignées de lumière et cadrées par la charpente et des panneaux laqués dans des couleurs vives. Des percements aléatoires dans la chape existant créent un jardin.
